Abstract: The development of Chinese-foreign cooperative education has entered a new stage of connotation construction and quality improvement from the expansion of scale and outreach development, and quality construction has become the core orientation of the development of Chinese-foreign cooperative education. A scientific and reasonable view of quality is the precursor to the quality construction of Chinese-foreign cooperative education and can lead to the sustainable, healthy and orderly development of Chinese-foreign cooperative education. Therefore, through an overview of the TEQSA quality management method, this paper establishes a scientific and reasonable view of quality in Chinese-foreign cooperative education. Quality construction is the core orientation of the current development of Chinese-foreign cooperative schools, and establishing a scientific and reasonable view of quality is a prerequisite issue in the quality construction of Chinese-foreign cooperative schools.
