Abstract: The role of policy in guiding and promoting the development of quality Chinese-foreign cooperative education deserves attention. It is of great theoretical significance and practical value to analyze the policy trajectories in the development of Chinese-foreign cooperative education and to explore the policy trends for future development in order to promote the high-quality development of Chinese-foreign cooperative education. The development of Chinese-foreign cooperative education still faces many challenges and difficulties, but at the same time, there are also opportunities. In the future, we should face up to the practice of running schools with a high degree of concentration, enhance the awareness of cooperation between the Chinese and foreign sides, and facilitate the achievement of a win-win model.
