A Study on Stakeholder Analysis of Chinese-Foreign Cooperative Education

Abstract: Chinese-Foreign cooperative education is the main form of transnational higher education in China, and in cooperative education, the government, cooperative scholars, teachers and students are the core stakeholders. The game of interests among the core stakeholders makes Chinese-foreign cooperative education face the contradiction between the public welfare of education and the profit-making of capital, the contradiction between the law of educational development and the external environment, and the contradiction between the introduction of high-quality educational resources and the reasonable layout of cooperative education. To coordinate the interests of all parties and realize the sustainable development of Chinese-Foreign cooperative schools, it is necessary to establish a coordination mechanism, deal with the relationship between public welfare and profitability; balance the interests of all parties and improve the construction of the institutional environment; pay attention to the participation of core stakeholders and reasonably layout high-quality educational resources.
